I bring product thinking and craft together.
I’m Lucas Santos de Oliveira, a Senior Product Designer based in Brasília, Brazil. For over 10 years, I’ve designed financial products, B2B platforms, and service experiences across web and mobile.
Today, I design cross-platform financial journeys at Asaas, working from discovery and product definition through interaction design, validation, and delivery. I’m most useful when a problem is still taking shape and the team needs a clear direction.

Find direction before drawing the solution
I connect needs, business rules, evidence, constraints, and open questions so the team can decide what is worth solving.

Carry the thinking into the interaction
Hierarchy, flow, states, behavior, and visual quality all shape whether someone understands what happened and what comes next.

Build the direction together
I work closely with Product and Engineering from framing through delivery, sharing unfinished thinking early enough to improve it together.

Learn from what happens after launch
I use product signals, experiments, customer feedback, and usability evidence to understand what improved and what the team should try next.

Organized ambiguous services through UX processes and Design Sprints, then brought that product thinking into native banking experiences.

Defined HR product journeys and established a Design System and visual language from the ground up.
